Well have had a break from the shooting over winter, concentrating on the gym work, to get rid of a few excess pounds and get in trim for the new year. Training has gone really well, being a member of Fitness First, and on their Get Results package. Has provided some structured training, but certainly is a lot to do, and Lorraine is also doing the same package and really getting some great results.
Why always 4th, well at the Gloucestershire Champs in Stroud I got my bow out for the first time in 6 weeks, and managed 4th place with a 551 in a Portsmouth. Then this weekend managed a new PB of 541 in a FITA 18m, again finishing behind a 545/545/544. The field was really strong though, so I a pleased with the position, but even more pleased with the score. Now need to transfer this through to the outdoor shooting.

I've a feeling you'll not be getting 4th place this outdoor season, amazing improvement mate.. golds all the way this year.
