Increasing effort day by day at the gym. 30 minutes on the running machine, on level 8, and starting to feel a lot better. Then 5 minutes on the top xt machine level 3 - boy that machine hurts, so must be good!!!
Happy with life, all I do, and all I know. Yes it is hectic, but I prefer things that way instead of lazing around. Sitting still is just not in my nature, so this blog probably won't be the most exciting you will ever come across. But it is all me, and what I am doing.
Why blog? For me just a way of keeping track of what I am doing, and online diary and reminder.
